Pączek on tour (czyli para w Peru i Chile): Niedzielna wizyta w Maitencillo / Sundays visit at Maitencillo

Przy okazji drugiej rundy wyborów prezydenckich w Chile (dwie kobiety walczą o prezydenturę), pojechałem do miejscowości Maitencillo, jakieś 60 km na północ od Valparaiso. Jakże różne są te krajobrazy od tych na północy Chile. Tutaj jest jak nad Morzem Śródziemnym na wiosnę. W cieniu jest przyjemnie chłodno, w słońcu przyjemnie ciepło, wieje umiarkowanie, jest zielono, są drzewa, też te iglaste.

Along with the second round of presidential elections in Chile (2 women candidates) I went to Maintencillo, about 60 km North of Valparaiso. The landscape is so different from the one up North. Here is like on the mediterranean coast in the spring time. It's nice and cold in the shade and nice and warm in the Sun. The wind is blowing, it's green, there are different types of trees. Almost like home.

Latanie na klifie jak to latanie na klifie. Przyjemne, relaksujące, proste. Wiało słabo i trochę z boku, więc ciężko było coś więcej wycisnąć z tej godziny w powietrzu. Poniżej kilka fotek:

Flying on the cliff is just like flying on the cliff - nice relaxing, kind of easy. It wasn't blowing to strong and the direction wasn't perfect, so it was kind of difficult to squeeze more out of this day.

Latełem jakiś czas z tym Ginem na powyższej fotce. Gin latał 10 - 15m wyżej niż ja. Nie mogłem go doścignąć. Jak na dłoni było widać różnicę między klasami paralotni.

I was flying along with one Gin glider (don't know the model), but it was en-D or something similar. The guy was 10 - 15 m above me. I couldn't get there at all. Different class, different performance.
